Ordering from Eldorado - Miranda Manufacturing is straightforward. We work directly with you to size and specify the right system for your application. Follow the steps below to get started.
Gather Your Information
Compile a list of your cooking equipment including make, model, BTU output, and dimensions. Note the type of fuel (gas, electric, solid fuel) for each piece of equipment. A copy of your kitchen floor plan is very helpful.
Contact Us for a Quote
Call us at 1(727)586-0707 or send us your floor plan and equipment list. Our staff will review your requirements and provide a detailed quote including hood dimensions, exhaust CFM, make-up air CFM, fan specifications, and pricing.
Review Your Quote
We will provide you with a written quote including hood specifications, fan sizing, and all applicable options. We will also provide typical mechanical drawings showing hoods, ducting, fans, CFM, horsepower, voltage, and phase.
Place Your Order
Once you approve the quote, we will confirm your order and provide an estimated lead time. Most standard hoods ship within a few weeks. Custom fabrications may require additional time.
Delivery & Installation
Hoods are shipped freight to your location. We recommend working with a licensed mechanical contractor for installation. Our staff is available to answer any installation questions.
