The exhaust and make-up air CFM are based on a typical cooking lineup of a combination of fryers, grills, open burners and gas charbroilers. If you have an application for a live fuel broiler (mesquite, pecan, etc.) just give us a call and we will size the hood and fans. Of course we also can create custom hoods to fit your needs, and cladding hoods with copper, brass, black iron, etc. is no problem.
Our staff will also help you select correct duct sizes as well as provide you with typical mechanical drawings showing the hoods, ducting fans, CFM exhaust and make-up air, horsepower, voltage and phase of the fans.
